ROSENET uses Simplified Registered Mail ("Kan-i kakitome")

since March 2009, we have used Simplified Registered Mail ("Kan-i kakitome")  when sending the letters which are included private or confidential information.

Simplified Registered Mail is a postal mail service that records the state of the delivery.

If the mail is delivered during your absence, it will be brought back to the post office.
